Red, White and Blue Fruit Salad
1 pint strawberries, hulled and
quartered
1 pint blueberries
4 bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
(optional)
Cold Greek Yogurt
Mix the strawberries and blueberries
together in a bowl, sprinkle lemon juice if desired and toss
lightly. Refrigerate until cold, at least 30 minutes. About 30
minutes before serving, cut the bananas into 3/4-inch thick slices,
and toss with the berries. Just before serving put yogurt into
center of bowl surround with fruit mix or top individual servings
with a dollop of yogurt. Serves 8. Yum!
