Found Dr. Bain not too long ago for my three year old. We really haven’t had to use her outside of my son’s three year old check up, until yesterday. I made an appointment for my son (which was so easy to do) due to him being sick. Her whole team is so kind and patient with both my son and I. Dr. Bain is so knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with me as a momma so I can take care of my son in the best way possible. She ran the tests in the lab herself see if he had the flu or rsv and unfortunately, it came back positive for rsv. She of course gave me the run down, eased my mind, and pointed me to the right supplements, vitamins, etc (that they sell in their office as well) that will keep him on the path of recovery. Well, fast forward to today, I’m talking to my son as he uses the potty, and he goes “Cristiano’s not sick, he’s happyyyy!” So to that I say, oh yeah? That makes mommy happy. He proceeds to say “yeah, everyone and doctor rescued Cristiano!”. That made my heart so happy so I just wanted to share it with the team. Keep doing what yall are doing. And to the parents who are on the fence with choosing Dr. Bain as their child’s doctor, you won’t regret it!

Dr Bain had gone over and above every time my kids have been seriously ill. She's available after hours, she sends prescriptions whenever needed, provides telemed appointments, and has good holistic ideas for alternative care. Of course, every doctor's office isn't perfect, even my favorite doctors have not always done what I think they should. But this office truly cares about kids. They are also non vax friendly and don't shame.
